→ How this started
Over ten years ago I started working with a private practice microsurgeon building out his center in New York City. Not as a one-off project — I stayed on his team throughout. I watched how his practice grew, how patients found him, what they needed to know before they felt ready to reach out, and how the website became a real asset to what he was building. That relationship shaped everything I now know about how to do this work well.
From there I kept working in this space. More microsurgeons. Osteopathic bodyworkers. Practitioners across a pretty wide spectrum — some deeply rooted in modern medicine, others in more holistic or emerging approaches. The common thread was always the same: seriously skilled people who had put everything into mastering their craft, and needed their digital presence to actually reflect that.
The practitioners I’ve worked with aren’t dabbling. They’ve gone deep. They’re doing post-graduate training, publishing, presenting, refining their technique over years.
