Our Workflow From Start To Finish to Growth

Step 1 – Brainstorming Consult & Proposal Preparation

Let’s start right from the beginning by outlining the core model of your business, areas of growth, and areas to problem-solve.

  1. First we’ll have you fill out a few questions about the current state of your business / idea / project.
  2. Once we have that information, we’ll meet for a complimentary 30 minute to 1 hour call, where we’ll discuss what you’re working on, brainstorm on what’s possible, and problem-solve where you might be stuck. We’ll also discuss budget, timeline, and answer any questions.
  3. From there, we’ll put together a proposal outlining the scope of the project for you to review.

Step 2 – Time to Collaborate & Start Creating

Between content, imagery, design, branding, and layout, we’ll work together step-by-step to ensure your vision is what’s being created.

  1. Branding – Don’t have a set brand yet? Or want us to work with a specific idea in mind? We can roll with either one.
  2. Content – We’ll work with you on each page to ensure that you’re able to get the needed content to us.
  3. Layout – Depending on what your needs are, we’ll create layouts that help visitors understand all the information on your website.
  4. Imagery – Whether you have your own, we’re using MidJourney AI, or free royalty free stock photos from Unspalsh, we’ll make it look cohesive.

Step 3 – Design and Development

It’s time to watch it all come to life as we create build your very own professional digital hub to grow and market your business, project, or nonprofit.

Using a collaborative design software known as Figma, which is owned by Adobe and known as the leading UX/UI design and prototyping software in the world, we’ll create mockups of your website or app.

You’ll be able to see the site come to life before we even develop it, easily able to offer input or get inspiration for your site content.

Step 4 – Launch and Grow

Now it’s time to proudly start sharing your website, marketing on search engines, and handing out business cards.

This is one of the most most rewarding moments in the entire process. The work is completed and the process has come full circle. It’s at this point that we get to start talking about how you’ll be growing your business, including potentially working with us do consistently support you through website updates of new landing pages as you develop your services and offerings, as well as google ads marketing to bring targeted traffic.
