How it works:
- $10,000 prepaid retainer
- There is no fixed end date tied to a specific deliverable. The work continues until the balance is complete.
- Work is billed at an hourly rate of $75 – $175/hr sliding scale.
Time is tracked and services continue until the retainer balance is used.
Add-Ons
Add-ons are for expanding a site beyond its original package. They can be added at any time and are billed separately from your base plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why the 12-month minimum?
Quality web work takes time. The 12-month minimum keeps costs reasonable while allowing the site to be built right. After 12 months, cancellation is available anytime.
What happens if I discontinue the service?
After the initial 12 months, you’re free to cancel at any time. Your domain is fully yours and can be moved wherever you’d like. The website remains part of the monthly service, so it wouldn’t transfer with you, but I’ll assist with a clean transition.
What if I cancel before 12 months?
If you cancel before the initial 12-month period ends, the unpaid portion of the $3,800 site cost will be due, less what you’ve already paid. For instance, ending service at month six would leave a balance of $2,750. This accounts for the work already completed.
Do I own the website?
Monthly plan: The website is provided as part of the subscription and remains with us if you cancel. Your domain and any content you supplied always remain yours.
One-time payment: You own the site outright and can take it anywhere.
What does “ongoing updates” include?
Content updates, photo swaps, service additions, and seasonal tweaks are all included. If you need a change, send an email and we’ll handle it.
Larger efforts—such as redesigning layouts, expanding the site significantly, or adding many new pages—aren’t part of ongoing updates and would be quoted separately.
How fast are updates handled?
Minor changes are usually completed within 2–3 business days. Larger updates, like adding new sections or pages, generally take 1–2 weeks.
All update requests should be submitted by email to keep everything documented and organized.
Need more than six pages?
Additional pages are $100 each. Most small businesses don’t need more than six pages, and we’ll confirm the right scope during the discovery call.
If you need dedicated landing pages for promotions, SEO, or Google Ads, we’ll plan for those as part of the site structure.
What’s included in hosting?
Hosting includes SSL certificates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and a secure, reliable setup. All technical maintenance is handled for you.
What’s the typical launch timeline?
Websites typically launch within 3–4 weeks. A more precise schedule is outlined during the discovery call based on scope.
What materials do you need from me?
Logo files, a few photos if available, and answers to a short questionnaire. Website content is written based on our discussions, so no written copy is required from you.
How does feedback work?
Two feedback rounds are included after the discovery call. The first addresses overall direction and aesthetic. The second focuses on details and polish. This process allows adjustments before launch.
