What to expect, step by step.

1. Tell Us What You Have in Mind

Use the contact form to outline what you’re hoping to build or improve. We’ll take a look and follow up within one to two business days.

2. We Talk It Through

This is a 20–45 minute call where we walk through your business, goals, brand, and ideal customer. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and whether this is a good fit on both sides.

* You’ll receive a short questionnaire ahead of time, along with a request for your logo and a few sites you’re drawn to.

3. You Get a Clear Plan

If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll send over a concise proposal detailing the scope, pricing, and timeline. This gives you a clear picture of the project before anything begins.

* Your first monthly payment is collected when the agreement is signed and applies to the design and build work.

4. Build Phase

We start by building your site in a private workspace, so you can follow along without anything being public. The content is created from our Discovery Call and your Client Q&A.

We’ll have three feedback rounds focused on structure, visual choices, and final refinements. Most projects wrap up in about three to four weeks.

5. Go Live

We walk through the site together to confirm everything is ready. After approval, we handle the launch and technical setup. From there, your site is live and working for you.

5. After Launch

After launch, we continue to handle hosting, security, and updates as part of the monthly plan. You can send requests by email, and most small updates are turned around within a few business days.

Every few months, we’ll check in to review how the site is performing and whether anything needs adjusting.
